SC Solutions BV operates the Easy Access mobile application.

Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly through the app. However, we facilitate access to the self-storage location for tenants. Here’s how it works:

1. Tenant Access: As a tenant, you can use the app to gain access to the self-storage facility. This includes access to the premises and, if applicable, access to your rented storage space.
2. Account Creation: Tenants do not create an account within the app. Instead, an account is provided by the self-storage provider when you rent a space. The account includes an email address, a pin code, and a location code.
3. Access Rights: Using the provided account details, you can enter them into the app to gain access to the self-storage facility. The app only forwards this information to the SC-Solutions server for verification.
4. Data Handling: The app does not store or retain any of the entered data. Once verified, the app no longer uses or stores the account details.

Location Services

• Location Determination: The app determines your location during use. It only functions when you are near the self-storage location. Location data is sent to the SC Solutions server to verify proximity to the self-storage facility.
• No Local Storage: The app does not store location data locally or on the server.

Access Records

• Access Logs: Access records are stored on the access control server. These logs allow the self-storage administrator to track when access occurs. However, this data is not stored within the app itself.

Account Removal

• Token Deletion: If you delete your registration within the app, the stored token is also removed. This ensures that the app cannot create further access.
• Self-Storage owner: The self-storage owner can remove registration data from their system independently of the app.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
