For over 25 years, we have been active in the recreation market and we relieve our customers in the field of access automation. We do everything we can to make the guest experience as optimal as possible. We do this with our own products, which have been specially developed for the recreation market. From barrier systems with license plate recognition, to a check-in kiosk, power columns and SmartHome solutions.
Who doesn’t know them, those often red barriers at the entrance of a holiday park?
Are you someone who likes to tackle things, maintain relationships and advise clients? Do you have what it takes to work together with your colleagues for the benefit of the client? Do you see the need for quality over quantity? Then you have come to the right place.
As an account manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, which range from small family campsites to large holiday parks in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. Maintaining contacts only by phone and email is not our style. This means that you will regularly be on the road by car.
You understand the needs of the park manager and the wishes of their guests and can optimally respond to them, by offering suitable solutions. In doing so, you consult with work preparation and mechanics, in order to be able to provide the best possible solutions. You think along, advise and consult, in which you relieve our customers as much as possible and are of service.
During your work for our company:
•Explore the recreational market and our products
•Do you maintain contact with our customers and relations?
•Do you accurately map out the customer’s wishes on location?
•Can you provide a good solution in the field of access management?
•Work out a suitable quotation at the office
•Consult in the field of technology
•Provide your input to the marketing department
•Do you follow the projects and visit the mechanics on location where possible?
•Are you active during the recreation fair?
In order to serve our customers in the recreation sector as well as possible, we are looking for an experienced salesperson who is technically skilled or at least has an affinity with technology. Someone who understands how apps and computers work and can handle them. And who feels at home in recreation. Preferably someone who also visits campsites, camper parks or holiday parks.
