Thanks to the application of CAT Lock door locks within SmartHome, it is possible to arrange access to the site, access to the home AND access to, for example, a swimming pool or play area for your guests. As a park manager, it is decided on which dates and times access is possible at different locations, so that only one card, tag or app is needed
Not only is access regulated within SmartHome, but energy-conscious solutions have also been considered. Is a home not rented? Why leave the heater on? Within SmartHome from CAT Control Systems, it is possible to enter the arrival time of guests, so that the temperature control ensures the right temperature at the right time. An Automatic Monitoring Systems (AMS) monitors whether the right temperature is reached. If there are any problems, they are immediately and automatically reported to the TD.
In addition, SmartHome ensures that lights are switched off when absent, that there are restrictions on open doors and windows and that electricity, gas and water are measured. In this way, it is possible to regulate energy without compromising hospitality.
To prevent guests from gaining access to a holiday home that is not yet ready, it is possible within SmartHome from CAT Control Systems to forward the facility reports directly to the technical service. This way, malfunctions with the central heating boiler, heat pump and water pressure can be signaled in time. It is also possible to report cleaning and technical maintenance as completed, so that there is always insight into the quality of the homes. This ensures optimal service to guests.
To simplify park management, CAT Control Systems has developed an app specifically for administrators. This app makes it possible to easily have an overview of access and electricity consumption and to manage access and electricity remotely. In addition, this administrator app includes a master key for each home.

SC Solutions has also been marketing cylinder locks for two years now. These are locks that make the use of a key and separate door handle unnecessary and that you can apply relatively easily. Our cylinder locks work in combination with a pin code keypad and app. This type of lock can also be used for regular doors, where you can choose to use access cards. A nice, chic solution when you use access doors for spaces that are rented out as office space. The cylinder lock can also offer a solution for technical rooms, toilets and garages.
If a cylinder lock is not applicable or you simply do not see the added value of it, SC Solutions also has the usual strike plates in its delivery package, which can be placed in the frame. The strike plates can be opened with a card, key, PIN code or app.
