We are convinced of our products and systems, just like many customers with us. This does not mean that it is not nice to offer a safety net that our customers can fall back on. We do this during office hours with our helpdesk. Outside office hours, the breakdown service is ready.

Our helpdesk

During office hours, our help desk is well staffed to assist you in word and deed.
If you have problems, feel free to call us.
The helpdesk is included free of charge for all our customers.
If you want to use our helpdesk for extra help with adjustments and expansions, we will offer you a quote in advance.

Outside office hours, we remain accessible with our troubleshooting service.
If you run into problems, you can report to our service engineers.
They will provide you with the best possible service.
This is often possible over the phone, thanks to our support tool.
Thanks to this support tool, we can temporarily take over your computer and, with your permission, fix the malfunction via your computer.

To get online support from one of our qualified service technicians, it is necessary to download our support software.
With this support tool, we can connect to your computer and, with permission, fix your problem.

Maintenance contract

Our products are made of high-quality materials that last a long time. This does not mean that it is not advisable to apply an annual maintenance. In this way, we signal any points of attention in time and you can keep your system in top condition. Within our maintenance contracts, the costs of kilometers, travel time, mechanic and small consumables are included.

Helpdesk

When you have an installation from us, you have access to our helpdesk. We are happy to offer this service to our customers.

Maintenance

Have your installation checked once a year by our maintenance engineer.
This keeps your installation in top condition.

Fault and maintenance

Priority in the event of malfunctions and the right to have an engineer on site if a malfunction occurs during the weekend.
