Our helpdesk
During office hours, our helpdesk is well staffed to assist you with advice and assistance. If you get stuck somewhere, please call us. The helpdesk is included free of charge for all our customers. If you want to use our helpdesk for extra help with adjustments and extensions, we will offer you a quote for this in advance.
Outside office hours, we remain available with our breakdown service. If you encounter problems, you can contact our breakdown technicians as a customer. They will assist you as best as possible and relieve you of your worries. This is often possible by telephone, thanks to our support tool. Thanks to this support tool, we can temporarily take over your computer, whereby we can, with your permission, resolve the fault via your computer.

Helpdesk
When you have an installation from us, you have access to our helpdesk. We are happy to offer this service to our customers.
Maintenance
Have your installation checked once a year by our maintenance engineer.
This keeps your installation in top condition.
Fault and maintenance
Priority in the event of malfunctions and the right to have an engineer on site if a malfunction occurs during the weekend.
